Before founding Charlee Capital, our team built and led one of the largest equipment leasing companies in North America—transforming it into a national platform and successfully exiting to a global infrastructure investor. Following the sale, we supported the platform’s transition and growth, helping institutionalize operations and scale new business units, including the expansion of a specialized cold-chain division.
